About the role

Home Instead is looking for caring, compassionate, and dedicated Care Professionals to become a part of our team and join our mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults throughout our community. Experience with Parkinson's, Alzheimer's or Dementia care a plus! Home Instead provides a variety of non-medical services that allow our clients to remain in their home and meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care, and compassion.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain effective and professional communication and a strong relationship with Clients, their family members, and co-workers
• Provide personalized in-home support to senior Clients
• Help Clients with all personal care needs
• Help keep Clients' environment clean and organized
• Remind Client to take self-administered medications

Requirements

• Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect.
• Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner.
• Complete a criminal background check, DMV check and drug screen.
• Possess a valid driver’s license, valid auto insurance, and valid car registration.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Pay

Competitive hourly wages ($15-$20 per hour)
