Home Instead is looking for caring and compassionate Care Professionals to become a part of our team and join our mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults throughout the Ontario, Wayne, Cayuga, and Seneca County communities. Home Instead provides a variety of non-medical services that allow aging adults to remain in their home and meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care, and compassion.

Responsibilities

• Social/cognitive stimulation
• Nutrition and meal planning/preparation
• Medication/appointment reminders
• Alzheimer’s/Dementia Care
• Ability to care for aging adults and their property with dignity and respect
• Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner

Requirements

• Complete a criminal background check that includes a motor vehicle check
• Pass a drug screen
• Possess a valid driver’s license and current auto insurance

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently while following established policy and procedures set forth by the Administrative Office
