About the Role

Home Instead is looking for caring and compassionate Care Professionals to join our mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults throughout the Ontario, Wayne, Cayuga, and Seneca County communities. We provide a variety of non-medical services that allow aging adults to remain in their home and meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care, and compassion.

Responsibilities

• Social and cognitive stimulation
• Nutrition and meal planning/preparation
• Medication and appointment reminders
• Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care
• Care for aging adults and their property with dignity and respect
• Communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
• Work independently while following established policy and procedures

Requirements

• Complete a criminal background check, including a motor vehicle check and drug screen
• Possess a valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
