Essential Qualifications
- Ability to learn and use technology
- Physically able to lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds
- Able to bend, twist, stoop, kneel, and reach as needed
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Possess a valid driver’s license or state-issued ID
- Have valid auto insurance in your name
- Demonstrated ability to treat clients and their property with dignity and respect
- Adaptable to various living environments and work locations
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor

Primary Responsibilities
- Uphold the core values of Compass Enterprise, Inc. (d.b.a. an independently owned and operated Home Instead® franchise)
- Foster a safe and positive environment to enhance clients' quality of life
- Accurately document daily activities and report any changes in client conditions
- Maintain regular communication with supervisors and office staff
Services You May Provide To Our Clients
- Companionship & Support: Engaging in conversation and activities, assisting with mobility and walking, meal preparation and clean-up, light housekeeping, running errands and accompanying clients to appointments
- Personal Care: Assistance with bathing, grooming, and hygiene, support with toileting and incontinence care
- Specialized Services: Advanced Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care, Hospice Support, Medication Reminders and Administration
