About the role

Home Instead is seeking a Fulltime Caregiver+. Benefits of being a Fulltime Caregiver+ include competitive pay starting at $16.50-$17.50 per hour, depending on experience, weekend differential pay of an additional $2.00, caregiver referral program, paid time off after 30 days, various supplemental insurance plans after 6 months/660 hours, paid training and continuing education with an in-house trainer, caregiver celebrations and appreciation days, and 24 hour support from supportive office staff.

Responsibilities

• Weekday availability Monday-Friday 7 am-10 pm and every other weekend 24 hour availability.
• Work a fulltime schedule of a minimum of 35 hours a week, up to and including overtime.
• Travel to clients within a 60 mile radius of the office to which you are assigned.
• Ability to work 3 holidays per year.
• Perform Caregiver to Client introductions as scheduled.
• Attend quarterly Caregiver meetings.
• Ability to communicate on a weekly basis with immediate supervisor.
• Reliable transportation, possess a valid drivers license, and valid auto insurance.

Qualifications

The Professional Caregiver will complete a criminal background check, DMV check, and drug screen. 24/7 support from local staff with offices in North Platte, McCook, and Cozad.
