Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical in-home care to clients, including personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Build meaningful relationships with clients and provide emotional support and companionship
• Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided, following plan of care
• Collaborate with clients, family members, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and support
• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and company policies
