Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one care that enhances quality of life and brings hope and joy to clients and their families.
• Provide a variety of home care services that help seniors age in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes.
• May include tasks such as bathing, shopping, dressing, grooming, routine hair and skin care, exercise, feeding, toileting, transfer, cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, escorting to appointments, shopping, medication reminders, and more.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance.
• Must be able to read and write English and effectively follow verbal and written instructions in English.
• Must be able to pass a criminal history background check.

Qualifications

• HHA, PCA, CNA certification preferred.
• Experience with Alzheimer's or Dementia a plus.
• Empathy, compassion, and kindness a must.
• Sound judgment and ability to remain calm in various situations.
• Reliable, dependable, and on-time.
• Basic computer skills and technical savviness.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S.

Skills

• Able to read and write English.
• Able to effectively follow verbal and written instructions in English.
