Caregiver

Responsibilities

Aid residents with activities of daily living, including dressing, undressing, bathing, personal hygiene, and managing incontinence. Assist with instrumental activities of daily living such as phone use, housekeeping, laundry, and transportation. Administer medications as directed and report any issues. Monitor residents' health and social activities, document daily occurrences, and promote facility activities.

Qualifications

• Think, act, and intervene independently in routine and emergency situations
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Relate to residents, guests, and peers courteously and respectfully
• Be available for at least two out of three regularly scheduled shifts and participate in holiday activities
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Pass drug test, background check, and have a valid driver's license
• Provide professional references, complete a communicable disease/TB test, and have an annual physical
