About the Role

We are seeking empathetic, responsible, and team-oriented caregivers to join our team immediately. No prior experience is required—on-the-job training is provided, allowing you to learn and earn simultaneously.

Schedule

• 12-hour shifts (Day: 7 am – 7 pm or Night: 7 pm – 7 am)
• Option to work the front half of the week (Sunday – Wednesday) or the back half (Wednesday – Saturday)
• 3 ½ days worked and 3 ½ days off per week, totaling 42 hours (including 2 hours of built-in overtime)
• Time and a half pay for 12 holidays
• 12 hours of PTO if you work on your birthday

Pay

• Starting wage: $15.55 – $21.77 per hour (DOE)
• $2.00 per hour night shift differential
• $1.25 per hour campus differential (McKenzie Living Eugene, McKenzie Living Springfield, and the Specific Need Division at Gateway Living)
• $1,000 sign-on bonus
• Wage review and eligible increase at 3 months
