Caregiver

Join our team as a Community Supported Living Caregiver to provide personalized support and problem-solving for individuals with disabilities, mental illness, or aging needs, promoting their independence within the community. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living skills such as chores, hygiene, wellness, transportation, and community engagement. The role involves offering companionship, monitoring medication (non-prescriber), and ensuring health and safety. Key duties involve documenting activities, participating in team meetings, and engaging in ongoing training. Qualifications require a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to meet auto insurance requirements. First Aid & CPR certification is preferred. This part-time role offers benefits such as mileage reimbursement, 403B contribution option, and employee assistance. Daily travel may be required to support clients in their homes.
