Responsibilities
- Aid residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as transferring, mobility, bathing, changing briefs, peri-care, toileting, oral hygiene, grooming, dressing, and changing bed linens.
- Support residents in attending meals, activities, appointments, and other scheduled events, including assisting with walkers, pushing wheelchairs, and monitoring daily schedules.
- Accurately document care provided, complete shift summaries, and communicate effectively with team members to ensure continuity of care.
Requirements
- Annual flu vaccination required (medical or religious exemptions considered).
- Dependable and reliable with strong attendance and punctuality.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to make sound, independent decisions, including in stressful situations.
- Caring, respectful, and professional when interacting with residents, families, team members, and the public.
- Genuine concern for the physical, emotional, and social well-being of older adults and their families.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA).
- Experience in long-term care or related field preferred.
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Pay
$5,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time Caregivers, Paid in Installments Over 12 Months
Bonus payout schedule: $1,000 after 30 days of employment
$2,000 at 6 months
$2,000 at 12 months
