Responsibilities

  • Aid residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as transferring, mobility, bathing, changing briefs, peri-care, toileting, oral hygiene, grooming, dressing, and changing bed linens.
  • Support residents in attending meals, activities, appointments, and other scheduled events, including assisting with walkers, pushing wheelchairs, and monitoring daily schedules.
  • Accurately document care provided, complete shift summaries, and communicate effectively with team members to ensure continuity of care.

Requirements

  • Annual flu vaccination required (medical or religious exemptions considered).
  • Dependable and reliable with strong attendance and punctuality.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to make sound, independent decisions, including in stressful situations.
  • Caring, respectful, and professional when interacting with residents, families, team members, and the public.
  • Genuine concern for the physical, emotional, and social well-being of older adults and their families.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA).
  • Experience in long-term care or related field preferred.

Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Pay

$5,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time Caregivers, Paid in Installments Over 12 Months
Bonus payout schedule: $1,000 after 30 days of employment
$2,000 at 6 months
$2,000 at 12 months

Schedule

SHIFTS AVAILABLE: 7:00AM - 3:00PM
3:00PM - 11:00PM
11:00PM - 7:00AM
