Caregiver
Job Description
Dignity Care is seeking warm-hearted people to provide care to clients throughout Boulder and Broomfield Counties. Clients may need assistance with the following during a shift:
- Stand By Assist to Wheelchair or Bed
- Hygiene
- Meal preparation
- Light housekeeping, laundry, and organizing
- Companionship
- Med reminders
Qualifications
- Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required)
- Clean background check (required)
- 1 Year Of Experience (preferred)

Hours
Currently looking to fill several ongoing shifts
Full-time or part-time positions open
Pay
Wage $25 for 1-3 hour shifts
$20 starting hourly wage for shift longer than 3 hours.
Will be expected to be able to pick up both shift lengths
Job Description
We provide paid training for all job duties, so don't worry if you have limited caregiving experience. At least 18 years old (required)
Caregiver Requirements
- Enjoys working in a one-on-one setting
- Eager to improve and continuously learn new skills
- Has good oral and written English
- Has excellent phone and communication skills
- Experience working in the home health industry
- Dependable - more reliable than spontaneous
- People-oriented - enjoys interacting with people and working on group projects
- Adaptable/flexible - enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction
