Caregiver

About the role

We are searching for compassionate caregivers with a strong desire to provide excellent care to our assisted living and memory care residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ambulation and mobility
• Assist with personal care and hygiene
• Report any unusual incidents
• Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
• Works as a member of the team
• Gets along well with co-workers
• Accepts change in a positive manner

Requirements

• You Have One Year of Experience Required
• Must Pass a Level 2 Background
• Drug Screening to be Complete
• Weekend Rotations Required

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a caregiver
• Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid (CPR)
• Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
• Respectful and compassionate
• Good time management skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong ethics
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Can generate a warm, friendly, and caring manner on first impression
• Communicates effectively with residents, families, staff, and visitors
• Maintains the highest level of confidentiality
• Can pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
