About the role

Companions & Homemakers is hiring for various flexible shifts across multiple service areas in Connecticut. We offer competitive hourly pay with direct deposit, holiday pay, and medical, dental, and 401(k) benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical home care following each client's individualized Plan of Care
• Transport clients to appointments and activities
• Help with light housekeeping, meal prep, errands, and grocery shopping
• Assist with dressing, bathing, mobility, and incontinence care
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Document care and provide reminders as directed

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
• Open availability preferred
• Experience as a Caregiver, HHA, CNA, PCA, or Companion is a plus
