Job Summary

In-Home Caregiver / Personal Care Assistant - Eagle River, WI
$22 per hour
Flexible Schedule
Two 3-hour shifts daily
Morning Shift: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Evening Shift: 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Job Requirements

• Assisting with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene
• Safely transferring, toileting, and positioning
• Helping with meal preparation, dishes, laundry, and light housekeeping
• Providing companionship, conversation, and emotional support
• Aiding with daily living activities (ADLs)

Qualifications

• Kind, patient, and dependable
• Comfortable providing personal care assistance
• Respectful of routines and individual preferences
• A strong communicator with a positive attitude
• Experienced in caregiving (preferred but not required)
• Bonus skills: Physical Therapy, Range of Motion, or related experience

About the Role

We are assisting a member who enjoys spending time outdoors, especially during Wisconsin summers, and shares her home with three friendly dogs. Community Horizons is seeking someone who is kind, patient, and dependable to provide one-on-one support in her home.
