We are seeking dependable, compassionate, and motivated caregivers to provide non-medical in-home care services for seniors and adults who need assistance with daily living activities.
Caregiver Responsibilities
Responsibilities may vary based on the client's individualized care plan and may include:
- Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting assistance
- Mobility support, ambulation, and transfers
- Meditation reminders for self-administered medications
- Meal planning and meal preparation
- Grocery shopping and errands
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Changing bed linens and maintaining a clean environment
- Companionship and emotional support
- Monitoring client safety and well-being
- Reporting changes in physical or mental condition to supervisors
- Accurate documentation of services provided
Qualifications
Qualified candidates should possess:
- A high school diploma or GED preferred
- Completion of required orientation and caregiver training
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently in clients' homes
- Dependability, honesty, and professionalism
- A compassionate and patient-centered attitude
- The ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Reliable transportation preferred
- The willingness to participate in ongoing training and staff meetings
Previous Experience
Previous experience as a caregiver, home health aide (HHA), certified nursing assistant (CNA), personal care aide (PCA), direct support professional (DSP), or companion caregiver is preferred but not required.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
This position takes place in clients' homes and may require driving between assignments. Duties involve moderate physical activity including:
- Standing and walking for extended periods
- Bending, crouching, and reaching
- Assisting clients with mobility
- Performing light housekeeping tasks
- Lifting up to 25 pounds
Caregivers may be exposed to bodily fluids and must follow all safety and infection-control procedures.
