About the role

We are excited to announce a Pasadena family has selected our team to provide 24/7 care for their loved one. We have immediate openings for 8 and 12 hour FULL TIME shifts. Due to the client's needs, all candidates must have experience with transfers. This opportunity requires FAST TRACK ONBOARDING - we anticipate having our team in place by June 5. Candidates will need to be flexible and have open availability as we start this new mission to serve.

Responsibilities

• Aid in daily activities to help clients maintain independence in their homes.
• Provide assistance with personal care needs.
• Support mobility, transfers, and range of motion exercises.
• Handle meal planning, preparation, and feeding.
• Manage household tasks and errands.
• Offer companionship and respite services for the family.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED certificate.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Previous experience as an at-home caregiver or in senior communities is a plus.

Skills

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures.
• Experience with household chores and errands.

Pay

$18.00 per hour.
