Clients are specifically requesting male aides, and cases are available right now for 12‑hour shifts, both daytime and overnight. Dementia care experience is a huge bonus. Qualifications

• Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) certification
• Full Physical Report and Drug Screening (within past 12 months)
• Two professional reference letters (within past 3 years)
• Eligibility to work in the United States
• Empathy, reliability, and compassion

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on care and meaningful companionship based on each client’s needs
• Dressing, grooming, and hygiene
• Ambulation around the house
• Encouraging exercise and fluids
• Light housekeeping
• Meal preparation
• Running errands
• Transportation to appointments
• Companionship and conversation
