About the role

Fellowship Square is a not-for-profit Christian Care Community providing over 40 years of affordable senior housing to our residents while promoting their quality of life and independence.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications to assisted living residents and maintain medical records.
• Order and complete medication records.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Perform welfare checks on residents.
• Document and report care provided and resident observations.
• Provide physical assistance, laundry & bedding assistance, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
• Aid in mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques.

Requirements

• A High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be a Certified Caregiver in the state of Arizona.
• Must be available for on-call caregiver duties as scheduled by the Director.
• Must possess a current CPR and First Aid card, fingerprint clearance card, and recent TB test.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
• Prior assisted living caregiving and medication administration experience a plus.

• Ability to handle challenging behaviors with patience and empathy.
• Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families, and co-workers.

Schedule

• Full-time, Part-time, and Night (NOC) shifts available.
• Multiple shift options with weekday and weekend availability!

Pay

Starting pay is $18 per hour, with higher rates available based on experience and qualifications.
