Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including dressing, grooming, bathing, toileting, and mobility
• Ensure residents' personal care needs are met with dignity and respect
• Document care provided using the Matrix Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
• Follow medication administration policies and procedures
• Respond appropriately to medical emergencies and provide basic first aid when necessary
• Assist with meal service, monitor food intake, and support residents during mealtimes
• Transport residents safely throughout the community as needed
• Encourage and assist residents in participating in social, recreational, and wellness activities
• Observe and report changes in residents' physical or mental condition to the Assisted Living Director
• Maintain resident confidentiality at all times
• Assist in the orientation and training of new staff members
• Follow care plans and ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and community policies

Requirements

• Ability to pass pre-employment physical examination and TB screening
• Ability to obtain fingerprint clearance as required by state licensing regulations
• Current Food Handler's Certificate
• Current First Aid Certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and compassionate resident care

Pay

$18.50 - $22.50 per hour
