About the role

At CareBuilders at Home – Solon OH, we are dedicated to providing high-quality, non-medical home care solutions to seniors and individuals who require assistance with daily living needs. We are seeking empathetic and reliable Caregivers who share our passion for making a positive impact in the lives of others.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as meal preparation, laundry, and tidying up
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social outings
• Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behavior
• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients

Skills and Qualifications

• Previous experience as a caregiver preferred but not required
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
• Physical ability to assist with mobility and perform light household tasks
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if required)
• Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check
