- Providing assistance with personal hygiene and supporting behavioral and complex needs
- Building meaningful relationships with participants
- Encouraging participation in community activities and achieving personal goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
- Taking initiative to promote participant well-being and independence
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong communication, adaptability, teamwork, and time-management skills
- Patience, compassion, reliability, and responsibility
- Valid driver's license, access to a registered vehicle, and proof of insurance
