Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of resident’s room and work areas
• Support residents in maintaining independence, promoting dignity, and physical safety
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as instructed
• Engage residents in life skills and other life enrichment activities

Qualifications

• Preferred Certified Nurse’s Aid certification
• High School diploma or GED
• At least 18 years old
• Experience working with seniors preferred
• Effective communication skills
• Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
