About the role

Ambercare is immediately hiring Home Care Aides to provide personal care and support services to clients in their homes. This rewarding position offers consistent, flexible full-time and part-time hours to accommodate personal needs, with a career path that includes the opportunity to become a Certified Nurse Assistant through the Ambercare Caregiver to CNA Program. With over 20 years of experience, Ambercare provides Home Health Care and Personal Care Services throughout New Mexico, and has implemented comprehensive safety policies based on CDC guidelines, providing PPE including gloves, face masks, hand sanitizer, and anti-bacterial soap. Virtual job interviews are available as a safety measure.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care
• Provide occasional house cleaning, laundry, and assist with meal preparation
• Transport client to appointments and daily errands
• Provide companionship
• Encourage healthy lifestyle

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, or one year of in-home care services experience
• Able to pass a criminal background check
• Reliable transportation
• Reliable, energetic, self-motivated, and well-organized

Pay

Pay rates start at $15.00 per hour. Bonus pay opportunities available. Daily pay available for select positions.
