Ambercare, part of Addus Homecare, is immediately hiring Home Care Aides. With over 20 years of experience, Ambercare provides Home Health Care and Personal Care Services for individuals and their families in the comfort of their own homes throughout New Mexico.

Ambercare has implemented comprehensive safety policies based on CDC guidelines to promote workplace safety, including providing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as gloves, face masks, hand sanitizer, and anti-bacterial soap. Virtual job interviews are available as a safety measure. The organization also offers a Caregiver to CNA Program, allowing current caregivers to advance their careers by becoming Certified Nurse Assistants.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care
• Provide occasional house cleaning, laundry, and assist with meal preparation
• Transport client to appointments and daily errands
• Provide companionship
• Encourage healthy lifestyle

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or one year of in-home care services experience
• Able to pass a criminal background check
• Reliable transportation
• Reliable, energetic, self-motivated, and well-organized

Pay

Pay rates start at $15.00 per hour. Bonus pay opportunities are available. Daily pay is offered for select positions.
