Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily routines, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and preparing nutritious, home-cooked meals
• Monitor clients’ well-being, document progress, and ensure health needs remain a top priority
• Create a warm, safe, and organized living space where clients feel secure and respected
• Adhere to health and safety policies and regulations
• Provide light housekeeping and laundry support to keep the home running smoothly
• Safely escort and transport clients to medical appointments and important errands

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Compassionate heart (ideally with one year of experience caring for seniors or those with disabilities)
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills

Pay

The role pays between $20 – $22 per hour, paid biweekly.
