Caregiver

Job Summary

Almost Family - Columbia County is seeking a full-time Caregiver to assist seniors and disabled individuals in maintaining independence at home. The ideal candidate should have experience, compassion, and drive.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
• Monitor clients' health and document their needs
• Establish and maintain a safe and supportive environment
• Adhere to health and safety policies and regulations
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Auxiliary tasks such as light housekeeping and escorting clients to medical appointments

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of experience caring for seniors or disabled individuals
• Pass a criminal background check and drug screening
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills

Compensation

The Caregiver role pays between $20 - $22 per hour.
