We are currently seeking dedicated, empathetic, and driven individuals to deliver essential personal care and heartfelt companionship directly within our clients' homes.

Responsibilities

• Empowering Independence: Assist clients with daily routines, including gentle help with bathing, grooming, dressing, and preparing nutritious, home-cooked meals.
• Attentive Advocacy: Monitor clients' well-being, document progress, and ensure health needs remain a top priority.
• Creating a Sanctuary: Foster a warm, safe, and organized living space where clients feel secure and respected.
• Health and Safety: Adhere to health and safety policies and regulations.
• Home Comforts: Assist with light housekeeping and laundry to keep the home running smoothly.
• Out & About: Safely escort and transport clients to medical appointments and important errands, helping them stay connected to their community.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• A compassionate heart (ideally with one year of experience caring for seniors or those with disabilities)
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills

Pay

The Caregiver role pays between $20 – $22 per hour and is paid biweekly.
