At Almost Family, we believe that care giving is more than just a job—it's a calling. We are currently looking for compassionate, driven individuals to join our team in Sisters to provide essential personal care and heartfelt companionship directly in our clients' homes.

Responsibilities

• Empowering Independence: Assist our clients with their daily routines, including gentle help with bathing, grooming, dressing, and preparing nutritious, home-cooked meals.
• Attentive Advocacy: Keep a caring eye on our clients' well-being, documenting their progress and ensuring their health needs are always a top priority.
• Creating a Sanctuary: Foster a warm, safe, and organized living space where clients feel secure and respected.
• Health and Safety: Adhere to health and safety policies and regulations
• Home Comforts: Lend a hand with light housekeeping and laundry to keep the home running smoothly.
• Out & About: Safely escort and transport clients to medical appointments and important errands, helping them stay connected to their community.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• A compassionate heart (ideally with one year of experience caring for seniors or those with disabilities).
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills

Benefits
