About the role

At All Ways Caring HomeCare our Caregivers play a crucial role in providing individualized care that suits the needs of each client in the comfort of their homes. We look for compassionate individuals who want to make a difference and feel great about their work every day. All Ways Caring HomeCare delivers quality, compassionate, and individualized care and support that helps people in need of assistance stay at home – maximizing their dignity, privacy, and independence. Services include personal care and homemaking, professional nursing, older adult care management, Alzheimer’s/dementia care, respite care, and other programs tailored to people of all ages, physical conditions, and cognitive abilities.

Responsibilities

• Meal preparation
• Housekeeping
• Companionship
• Personal hygiene care
• Transportation assistance
• Other light duties as assigned

Qualifications

• No prior experience necessary; orientation and training provided
• Eighteen years of age or older with a valid driver’s license
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Capable of working responsibly with confidential information
• Accountable, reliable, and able to work independently with good judgement
• Successful completion of pre‑employment background check

Physical Requirements

• Sit, stand, walk, reach with hands and arms
• Talk and listen
• Close vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision
• Lift and/or move heavy objects up to 50 pounds with or without assistance
• Ability to type on a computer keyboard
• Noise may be moderate to loud
• Temperatures in home‑like or office settings may vary

Pay

Salary Range: USD $15.00 per hour
