About the role

Astoria Senior Living, an Agemark Senior Living community in Omaha, NE, is hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Caregivers. As a Caregiver you’ll help residents with daily routines while building meaningful connections, sharing laughs, celebrating wins, and supporting dignity, independence, and joy. You’ll be part of a team that makes a real difference and enjoys a welcoming work environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with dressing, bathing, meals, mobility, and other daily needs while encouraging independence.
• Bring conversation, laughter, encouragement, and extra fun into everyday moments.
• Notice changes in residents’ well‑being and communicate concerns promptly to the appropriate team members.
• Provide personal care with patience, compassion, respect, and kindness.
• Encourage participation in activities, conversations, and experiences that bring purpose and enjoyment.
• Work closely with coworkers and families to ensure personalized, consistent care.
• Help create a welcoming environment where residents feel at home and team members enjoy coming to work.

• A willingness to learn – previous caregiving experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
