Responsibilities
- Help clients with activities of daily living such as light housekeeping
- Provide personal care support including bathing and dressing
- Prepare meals and manage laundry
- Support transfers using devices like hoyer lifts
- Offer incontinence care support
- Ensure safety by setting up and using guardrails
- Must be EVV compliant (clock in and out at client site)
Requirements
- Compassionate and reliable
- Experience with dementia patients and supervision
- Ability to walk clients when weather permits
- Knowledge of incontinence care and transfer support
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Passing background check and criminal history review
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
