Caregiver

Description

Affinity Healthcare Solutions is looking for a compassionate, reliable caregiver to join their team. This position is for a client located in Northeast Philadelphia who has dementia and requires assistance with daily living activities.

Assist Client with the Following

• Light housekeeping
• Personal care support that may include bathing and dressing
• Meal preparation
• Laundering
• Medication reminders
• Companionship and emotional support
• Dementia-focused supervision and safety monitoring
• Create a safe and comfortable environment for the client

Requirements

All caregivers are required to be EVV compliant (e.g., clock in and out during their shift at the verifiable client site).

Policies

All employees of Affinity Healthcare Solutions are mandatory reporters and must adhere to all DOH and Affinity Healthcare Solutions policies.
