Caregiver

Immediate opening for a part-time caregiver in Danville, CA. Candidates must be available to start right away.

About the role

This is a part-time position with 3 to 6 hour shifts, Monday through Friday and weekends. Caregivers work one-on-one with clients in their homes and must be willing to complete online training prior to starting shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living: cooking, bathing, dressing, toileting, housekeeping, laundry, ambulating, and physical transfer
• Provide care for elderly individuals, those recovering from injury or surgery, and individuals with disabilities

Requirements

• At least one year of caregiving experience
• Valid driver’s license (for transportation services)
• Must enjoy working with seniors
• Must pass required background checks and reference checks
• Must be available for day shifts

Qualifications

• Certifications are a plus
• Being fully vaccinated for COVID-19 is preferred
