About The Role
1st Shift 6:30am to 3:00pm 4/2 Rotation. As a Caregiver at Belmont Village, you will provide hands-on care and support to seniors living in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. Working as part of a collaborative care team, you'll assist residents with daily activities while building meaningful relationships that enhance their comfort, wellbeing, and quality of life. We're seeking dependable, team-oriented professionals who take pride in their work, maintain a positive attitude, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Successful candidates are comfortable caring for multiple residents and delivering exceptional care and hospitality. Previous experience as a Caregiver, C.N.A., Resident Assistant, Direct Support Professional (DSP), Patient Care Assistant, or in a similar healthcare, senior living, assisted living, memory care, or group home setting is highly valued. A C.N.A. license is not required. We welcome experienced caregivers, Certified Nursing Assistants, and individuals who are passionate about building a career in senior living and healthcare.

Your Typical Responsibilities
- Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living to an assigned group of senior residents living in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community
- Promote socialization and inspire participation in community activities while prioritizing resident safety and well-being
- Document and maintain accurate records of daily care and services provided and promptly report any observed changes to supervisors
- Uphold high standards of care, safety, cleanliness and regulatory compliance
- Provide hands-on assistance with toileting, hygiene and incontinence care as needed
- Make hospitality, customer service, and resident satisfaction your top priorities in every interaction
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
- Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training as a care provider
- Must be able to effectively use company issued electronic devices such as tablets, smartphones, and laptops for job-related tasks
- Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude
- Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees to ensure the successful operation of the community
