Responsibilities
- Create and maintain open communication with seniors, their families, and our staff
- Assist with personal care
- Provide companionship
- Assist with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as assigned
- Work with patients who have dementia
- Perform gait belt transfers
Qualifications
- Must be a Certified PCA, CNA, or Nurse Aide
- Valid US-issued driver's license with no serious driving violations
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to new situations
- Pass a criminal background check prior to employment
- Pass a drug screening test
- Must be able to be reached via phone, text, or email for shift schedules, client updates, and emergencies
Skills
- Experience with dementia patients (preferred but not required)
- Experience with senior care (preferred but not required)
