Caregiver (AM Shift) - Senior Living Community
At Suite Living Senior Care, we provide high-quality Assisted Living and Memory Care in beautifully designed, intimate communities—each with 32 units, including 10 dedicated Memory Care apartments. We're growing and looking for caring, dedicated, and compassionate Caregivers to join our team at Inver Grove Heights.

Training & Development
- Paid Training: All new team members complete a 4-day onboarding training (Mon–Thurs, 8:30am–4:30pm) at our Arden Hills, MN training center

About The Role
We are looking for Caregivers (CNA, HHA, PCA, RA, or NAR) who are passionate about helping others and thrive in a person-centered care environment. Whether you're experienced or newly certified, if you have a heart for seniors, we want to meet you! You'll work directly with our residents to provide personalized care and support that makes every day a little brighter.
Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Support mobility and transfers within the facility
- Help with medication administration (training provided)
- Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation
- Light housekeeping and meal assistance
- Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership team
- Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience (in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred)
- CNA Certification preferred, but not required
- Ability to pass medications (we'll train you!)
- CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred
- Must be at least 18 years old
- A team player with excellent communication, empathy, and reliability
- AM Shift (6AM-2PM) Availability
- All shifts (PT & FT) must be available to work every other weekend
