About the role
Always Best Care of Parkville is seeking Care Professionals to provide in-home personal care services to seniors in the Baltimore area.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care services including bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication reminders.
- Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and transportation.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and their families regarding client’s condition and progress.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and follow medical advice provided by healthcare providers.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Must be 18+ years old.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Personal transportation preferred.
- Active Car Insurance.
- Active Vehicle Registration.
- Ability to work one day every other weekend.
- Updated TB Skin Test.
- English proficiency and excellent communication skills.
- Two references required.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
Qualifications
- Three (3) years minimum care-giving experience.
- CNA certification is not required for this position.
