Caregiver 8 to 12 Hours Shifts Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday

About the role

Cheer Home Care is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our team. We offer competitive pay rates ranging from $20 to $23 per hour, flexible shifts including 8 to 12 hours on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Sundays, and positions available in La Jolla and Encinitas.

Responsibilities

As a Cheer Home Care Aide, you will provide essential non-medical home care services to the elderly and disabled. Typical duties include:

• Personal care with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, toileting, personal hygiene assistance, and light meal prep.
• Transportation services to clients for medical appointments.
• Dementia Care, Alzheimer's Care, Parkinson's Care, Hospice Care and more!
• Hourly and 24/7 Care.
• Light housekeeping and organization.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates should have:

• Helping with activities of daily living.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Certifications are preferred but not required: CNA, HHA, CPR, First Aid, AED.
• Able to drive client in their own personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement).
• Cell phone with internet access.

Pay

Hourly Rate: $20 to $23, depending on experience, certifications, reference reviews, car access, and more.
