About the role
Join our team as a Community Supported Living Caregiver and make a positive impact by supporting individuals with disabilities, aging, or mental health challenges to live independently in their homes.
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized support, problem-solving, companionship, and assistance with daily living skills such as chores, hygiene, wellness, and community engagement
- Monitor medication (non-prescriber)
- Promote independence and ensure health and safety through guidance and support
- Complete documentation
- Attend team meetings
- Participate in ongoing training
- Support with transportation, housekeeping, and community involvement
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to meet auto insurance requirements
- First Aid & CPR certification is preferred or may be required
