Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and direct the administration and programmatic activities of the directorate
- Provide staff training, evaluate staff performance, and implement department and personnel changes as approved by the center director and coordinated with the manager, human resources prior to implementation
- Develop departmental budget: monitor and control expenditures; review and recommend changes to budget authorizations
- Develop and implement new and revised policies and procedures affecting the campus safety and security, residential living, recreation, student leadership and transportation directorate; coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with overall center objectives
- Review and audit all assigned areas regularly for contractual compliance and effectiveness of delivery of services to students
- Prepare related reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and three (3) years of related experience, two (2) years of supervisor experience preferred
- Experience with youth, excellent written and verbal communications skills, and computer proficiency required
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

Skills
Must have the ability to manage and train staff, develop policies and procedures, and conduct regular audits. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Proficiency in computer systems is required.

Pay
$70,000 annually
