Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and educate students who have difficulties between them and graduation.
• Help students make a successful transition from school to college, military, or career pathways using the JAG model.
• Develop positive relationships with students through project-based learning, trauma-informed care, and employer engagement.
• Deliver student-centered programs focused on career, civic, social, and service-learning, and career exploration.
• Instruct 35 to 60 students to ensure performance outcomes are met or exceeded.
• Provide value-added instruction, support, and advocacy to graduates and non-graduates through follow-up services.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Lives in Kansas.
• Proficient with technology.

Qualifications

• Passionate about student success and teaching students to overcome obstacles to graduation.
• Enjoys teaching and educating youth to provide them with tools for long-term success.

$49,500 per year.

Schedule

This position is full-time Monday through Friday during the school year with flexibility during the summer.
