About the role

The Career Services Coordinator actively promotes and develops career development training for students and employment opportunities for graduates. We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Career Services Coordinator to join our team and play a vital role in helping students and graduates achieve their career goals and succeed in their chosen fields.

Responsibilities

• Provides career counseling and job search assistance.
• Organizes career fairs and networking events.
• Aids in job placement.
• Promotes career development training.
• Collaborates with employers.

Requirements

• Completed a Bachelor's degree, preferably in counseling, human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• Prior related experience in the staffing industry or a related industry.
• Persuasive communication skills, with an orientation toward results.
• Ability to work extended hours (which will include evenings and weekends), in order to meet business objectives.
