Career Prep Instructor

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement the career preparation period program for new students, adhering to government and management directives.
• Develop, prepare, and deliver career preparation lessons using various teaching strategies to meet student learning needs.
• Recommend appropriate training programs for each assigned student based on background files, personal interviews, tests, and other assessment tools.
• Conduct pre-arrival contacts with potential enrollees, preparing and mailing pre-arrival and safe arrival letters, and coordinating arrival activities with other center departments.
• Participate in student employability programs and activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• One (1) year directly related experience required.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Pay

$39,644 annually.

Schedule

Full Time, 8hr shifts, Monday – Friday.
