About the role

The Career Pathways Specialist is a non‑exempt, full‑time position reporting directly to the Accreditation and Grants Coordinator and receiving functional supervision from the TCATN President. The role is based at 100 White Bridge Pike, Nashville, TN, with travel required within Davidson County.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for dual enrollment in Davidson County Schools.
• Provide career counseling to assist students with selection of proper course of training.
• Provide assistance with the admissions process for dual enrollment: college application, completion of dual enrollment grant, and other required documentation.
