About the role

The Alfa Laval Career Pathways Program is designed to launch recent college graduates into a dynamic, 10-month development experience that prepares participants for long-term success within a global organization. Through immersive learning, hands-on assignments, and exposure to multiple business functions, participants will gain valuable experience across Alfa Laval's products, industries, and divisions while building a strong professional network. This program serves as a foundation for future career growth by providing participants with broad business exposure, practical experience, and development opportunities alongside experienced professionals. Participants will collaborate across teams, contribute to meaningful projects, and gain insight into how Alfa Laval delivers innovative solutions to customers around the world. Success in this program requires curiosity, adaptability, collaboration, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
