About the role
The individual will serve portions of Northern Clay County and Ray County, Missouri, providing career counseling and recruitment services for potential FEC clientele. Assist and guide clients in developing training and employment strategies that lead to career-oriented employment. Provide pre- and post-employment support to help customers achieve their goals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct overviews and testing assessments of FEC clientele
- Provide follow-up to ensure retention in training programs and employment results
- Offer information on FEC programs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience at the leadership or functional level
- Experience in career/vocational counseling preferred (counseling or related field)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work in a culturally diverse environment
- Excellent references required
- Must pass a background check
- Reliable transportation and auto insurance required
