Types of Jobs at LifeWorks

• Direct Support Roles: Work directly with individuals in homes or community settings, help with daily routines, goals, and life skills, build strong, positive relationships, no experience required — we train you!
• Common titles: Case Management & Program Support: Help coordinate services and supports for individuals, communicate with families, providers, and care teams, attend meetings and help track goals and progress, great for social work, psychology, or human services majors.
• Common titles: Clinical & Behavioral Health Roles: Support individuals with behavioral or mental health needs, create treatment plans and track progress, work with therapists, clinicians, and medical teams, licensure or degree may be required depending on role.
• Common titles: Nursing & Medical Support: Provide health support and medication oversight, ensure safety and medical compliance, collaborate with clinical and program teams.
• Common titles: Leadership & Management Roles: Lead teams and support staff development, oversee programs, schedules, and quality of care, ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.

Pay Range

$40,000 - $55,000 per year
