Through a combination of your discipline studies and your UCORE selections, you’ll have opportunities to pursue additional subjects that spark your interest and build soft skills—such as interpersonal communications, critical thinking, and resourcefulness—that employers value.

Scheduling an Appointment
Make your appointment via the Handshake platform:
- Open WSU Handshake to make a new appointment
- Choose College of Arts and Sciences from the list
- Select a topic of conversation
- Choose a day and time
- Add an optional note with additional info about your goals
- Finalize by clicking Request
