Role Overview

Seeking a customer-focused professional to join the Store Operations team, delivering exceptional service and financial solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers, build relationships, and ensure a positive experience.
• Accurately process financial transactions such as check cashing, money transfers, and loans.
• Educate customers on financial services, manage accounts, and handle collections.
• Participate in community events, maintain store appearance, and uphold safety protocols.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and proficiency with phones, POS, and MS Office.
• Must be at least 18 years old, with a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and operate mechanical controls.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in cash handling, check verification, or money order processing.
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus.

Additional Duties
